NWJR104 Junior Pull Up

As the name suggests, the primary exercise in the Junior
Pull Up is to strengthen the muscles in the arms and shoulders by pulling the body up.

Hold the handles at the bottom and press forward.

Exercise 2

Hold a handle with one hand only, and press forward.

Exercise 3

Advanced level: Hold the handles as high up as possible, and press forward.

Exercise 4

Advanced level: Includes training your abdomen. Hold the handles at the bottom, raise your knees and press forward.
