Orders are subject to acceptance by Norwell A/S.
Norwell reserves the right to reject or cancel orders resulting from pricing errors, stock shortages or technical issues.
All prices are displayed in GBP.
Any VAT, customs duties or import charges will be clearly communicated before checkout where applicable.
Payment is accepted through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment will only be captured when the order is dispatched.
Deliveries are handled by Blue Water Shipping or selected logistics partners.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk transfers upon delivery.
Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt.
Any transport damage, shortages or visible defects must be reported immediately to the carrier and to Norwell A/S.
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returned products must be unused and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom-made products cannot be returned.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Norwell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Liability shall in all cases be limited to the value of the purchased goods, except where prohibited by law.
Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Norwell’s Privacy Policy.
Complaints should be submitted to info@norwell.dk.
Norwell will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
These terms are governed by Danish law.
Mandatory rights granted to UK consumers under applicable consumer legislation remain unaffected.
