The Obstacle Course package is a fun combination with equipment for all levels. This fitness park invites to do movements as jump, balance, swing- and arm walking; and challenging strength and cardio. Suitable to place along running trails, creating perfect stops to exercise the upper body, stretch and rest. By setting up the Obstacle Course fitness park it will not only create a truly great running trail, but also attract young and older people to hang out, exercise and have fun! Minimum space: minimum 74,4 m2


With the Obstacle Course package you improve all 4 training categories: Strength, Cardio, Balance and Flexibility
