The employees at Mercedes-Benz Group AG (formerly Daimler AG) can spend their lunch break outdoors and work out at the outdoor fitness park. Thus, the employees have a given opportunity to complete their daily training directly after a working day on site. This is an initiative of the Mercedes-Benz Group, which is a step in the right direction when it comes to a healthy working atmosphere and a positive impact on the work-life balance of employees.
