NW101 Chest

Chest is an outdoor training tool for chest exercises. The Chest is a seated chest press, that uses your own body weight as resistance in training. This station improves the strength of your chest, front of shoulders and triceps.



Exercise 1

Hold the handles at the bottom and press forward.

Exercise 2

Hold a handle with one hand only, and press forward.

Exercise 3

Advanced level: Hold the handles as high up as possible, and press forward.

Exercise 4

Advanced level: Includes training your abdomen. Hold the handles at the bottom, raise your knees and press forward.
