The Springer has two flixible platforms to stand on. This station provides varied training of your balance while also improving the strength of ankle and knee joints.

Exercise 1

Balance on the platform – and do circles controlling your movements.

Exercise 2

With a good balance on the platform, now with control move your bodyweight forth and back.

Exercise 3

With a good balance try to go down by bending both knees.

Exercise 4

Balancing on one leg, now try to bend the leg that you are standing on – in a slow pace and still with a good control.
