This is the place for your strength and coordination exercises. The colorful stickers on the training machines give information about twhich parts of the body can be trained and which groups of muscles work during the exercises.
The following outdoor fitness equipment has been chosen for this project: Air Walker, Leg, Bar, Hand Cycle, Hip, Chest Up & Bar.
