NW401 Stretch

The Stretch is very efficient for keeping the mobility and flexibility in your hamstrings, calves and gluteus, when you cool down and stretch out after exercising.



Exercise 1

Place your heel on the transverse bar and stretch the hamstrings.
Repeat with alternate foot.

Exercise 2

Place your ankle on the transverse bar behind you and stretch the front of your thigh.
Repeat with alternate foot.

Exercise 3

Place your foot on the peg and stretch the calf.
Repeat with alternate foot.
